We went to Bellamy Strickland because of the great service that my parents always got when purchasing cars there. We had made an appointment and when we arrived were greeted by Ron, he was very kind and got the ball rolling for us. I knew exactly what I was looking for and even though it wasn't on the lot Ron and his team went above and beyond to find EXACTLY what I was looking for in the price range we were wanting to stay in. A friend’s truck motor was placed into the interior and bed - in worse mechanical condition then when they brought it in... this is a family who for generations purchased vehicles from these jackasses... oops sorry, was the manager’s response.. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!
I have my truck there now and they won’t even send the information to my insurance company so that the ball can get rolling on my repair work so yet again I’m having to leave work to go speak with someone about why it’s hasn’t been forwarded to my insurance company but they had the info since Monday
I always come there with all my cars, BUT THEY went through everything in my auto to find my tire open thing when all they had to do was come ask me... it is and always on the glove compartment. Dirty hands went through my things . Had I known before I left oh Boy!!!! I like your work, but I’m having reservations now, hummmm
The service personnel are always courteous and friendly. They always complete the service in a timely manner, always letting you know what is needed up front. I have been pleased with all service and repair work.
My daughter and I came to Bellamy to find her a car for her graduation gift. Our salesman, Rodney Moody, was THE BEST! He listened to what we were looking for and guided us to each and every car in that description. He was very patient and personable. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision especially when we didn’t find anything after walking the lot for an hour or so. As we were about to leave, my daughter spotted “her” car.
