My wife took our SUV in for service and they didn't fix the problem. ( back up camera) Took it back up there to get it fixed again. This time they wreck the car. When back up there to complain well 1 week later with multiple calls No One Will Call Us Back ! ( Service Manager) **** BEWARE ****

I bought my 2017 Chevy Malibu from the lease that matured. This was on May 14. They told me I would receive my permanent metal tags in the mail after 3 weeks. It’s been 1 month and 9 days. Today, I call the dealership, speak with the tag and title person named Robin and she says that they still haven’t sent in an odometer reading. I now have to go to the county tag office and get an extension of the temp tags until the permanent tags arrive. Wife just got her first oil change and tire rotation,they talked her into buying new air filters,outer and in-cab she then called me after the fact and told me she was charged $57.50 for a $9.00 filter!!!! If you learn anything from this it’s take a man with you ladies and always price check before buying!!!! This was robbery and it will never happen again!! And I’m sharing on all forms of social media!!! 0 out of 5 stars!!!!
