Called yesterday because my trucks been in limp mode they told me to bring it to quick lube, get there they say take it to the diesel shop, get there and they can’t even look at it today. I have been on a mission for the right car, right color and all the bells and whistles That I wanted. Cory Waye was awesome, understanding and very patient. He went way above and beyond to make sure I got the exact SUV that I wanted. If you want someone to not be the dreaded “used car salesman” type that you run into at most lots go see Cory.

I own a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. Just hit 30,000 miles. I’ve been bringing the vehicle in since maybe 26,000 miles (a total of 4 or 5 times) to figure out the creaking noise that happens when I turn my wheel. They have heard the noise multiple visits and have yet to FIX the real issue. They do not care about wasting your time or living up to the great customer service they once had years ago. Could not be happier. We went in looking for a truck, and our salesman Justin made the whole process so easy. From deciding what we wanted in a vehicle, and price range, he made every step super easy. He didn’t try to push cars that were out of budget, or that we weren’t looking at. I would never ever recommend this dealership. I feel like they have sold me a lemon. My vehicle is a 2016 and it was one month short of me having it a year and the a/c went out. Contacted the salesman about my issue and he recommended a trade right away. I then asked about running my credit again and when could I come view other cars.
