Horrible from start to finish. I brought my car in and asked that the fix whatever you issue So that my check engine light goes off. They apparently took a wild guess and Shana called me back with a list of things that added up to $950. They finished the work the next day, I drove my car home from the dealership and the light came back on. We are sorry about your experience at our dealership. You are right, our communication was not up to standard in your situation. Your vehicle had 4 problems that caused the check engine light to stay on. Three of problems were fixed as quoted, but the last problem we hoped that a $125 repair would fix it, but unfortunately it did not. That is why we refunded you $125. It is unfortunately the engine will have to be tore down in order to fix this last problem. Again I do apologize.
They are racist dont buy!
In My opinion this car dealership is very unprofessional. They called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up and when I get there they tell me they don’t know where my car is and they can’t find the technician. How do you lose a whole car or misplace a car is my question . We aren’t talking about a key to the car I’m talking about misplacing A ENTIRE VEHICLE. Also they didn’t fix any of the problems car still turns off WHILE DRIVING

I've been doing business with this dealership since 2007. The sales,service and quality of this dealership has declined tremendously. Just had my truck in for service last week not a good experience. when I called them they stated it would be ready in 15min when I got there they did not even know where my truck was for 30min after going from shop to shop they found it.
