I called to have my contact information removed from their database. My information was used as an "emergency contact" and I received a letter informing me of delinquency. I had to repeat myself 5 times, eventually one female and one male said they cannot find my information, but their office sent me a bill?! The unprofessional male closed the communication line. This U-Haul has provided the worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul facility. They have made more mistakes that exhibit a lack of competence than any business I have ever patronized. I would not recommended anyone use this location for rental or storage services. They do not properly check in vehicles and will charge you for services you did not render with the business. My one regret is selecting this U-Haul for my moving and storage needs. Never again.
