I was told by customer service that uBox location opens from 7am and scheduled access of Ubox at 8am to move my stuff out of uBox. I hired movers from 8am and paid them by hour. But when I got there people told me my uBox is not ready and uBox operation started to work from 9 am and finally they got uBox accessible until 10am. The movers I hired and I wasted two hours waiting outside. Staff in the store was very impatient. I would give 0 stars but you dont offer that, the employee Ramsey threatened my daughter and called her all kinds of *******, noone stopped him from talking to her like that, my other daughter was also present and nothing was done, i spoke to Louis the so called manager and he lied in my face and said no of it happened but there are cameras there and i want them reviewed, im also contacting the police for terroristic threats

After reserving a pickup (I wasn't allowed to use my own vehicle per Uhaul) and car hauler, we were sent 30 miles out of our way for the location with the equipment we needed. We arrived on time only to be treated like dirt. The reservation was wrong, the return date wrong, the person who worked there was extremely rude, and the price was wrong. We were told that we would have to pay for the additional 60 miles (30 there, 30 back). They wanted the equipment back the next day but we'd reserved it until Monday. Then they wante... read more

Somewhere on the @Uhaul lot in Burnsville, Minnesota, is an @uhaul U-Box my client sent to me on 10/16/18 ... still not received at my business location in suburban Denver, Colorado, as of today, 5/8/19. That's 204 days. Incredible. I have spoken to more than 30+ Uhaul customer service agents, none of who have been able to resolve this situation. I wanted to reach out to let someone know of how I was treated by U-Haul. I made my reservation online in the Rochester Nh office for May 4 and 5th. We arrived and was greater by Chris Varney, he also gave us permission to park in that lot for those dates. We arrived and was told they do not have the van we reserved and could not get a hold of the person who was to have it back. On May 4, 2019 @ 2pm I had an appointment to get a Towing Hitch installed on my SUV. I was going to book online but decided to call the actual store to make sure they could do it and had all the parts needed. They told me they could do it and had everything for my installation and the cost would be $ 374 and takes about an hour in a half to do it so I said ok. Your new policy of having to call to "confirm the reservation" and then you changing the location of where we pick up and drop off is horrible. I was at a 10 day church retreat in an area without telephone reception. I had to send someone away from their religious ceremonies to call and "CONFIRM" that we actually wanted the truck we had reserved, and then we were told we had to drive much further to pick it up. I rented a 10 foot moving truck yesterday for 2 hours. I had originally requested a pick up truck but I understand that uhaul will no longer accept debit payments for them, thus renting the 10 foot moving truck. I've been a customer with uhaul many times and this came as a surprise as there was not anything listed on the site when I made the reservations. Absolute incompetence. No one could help up after we made our reservation. Waisted an hour trying to pick up the truck on one of our busiest days of this year. Simply impossible.
