Had a bad costumer service experience with the U-Haul offices, located at ***************************************************. On Friday November 17th, 2023. I arrived to pick up a 9' Cargo Van that I had previously reserved. I had to wait over an hour, since the keys to the van that was assigned to me were in a different van that had just left the property (different rental). This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received from a company. My move has been far more stress than necessary, they've changed my plans over and over again from location, to truck, to cost. If I ever move again I will pay another company 5x what this cost me just so I never have to deal with them again.

U Haul is beyond useless!!!!!! I ordered a trailer rental. When I picked up the trailer I noticed they had no **** stand on the tongue of the trailer. It was a 6x12 trailer, not a small trailer. It was very heavy. ******* asked that I grab one of the chains and help her lift the tongue onto my hitch. After that she hooked everything up and gave me a thumbs up. I noticed the trailer was equipped with electric brakes. I set my brake controller in my truck but I didnt feel the trailer braking but I figured it must be helping in... read more
