After going through issues with there online setup , I went to 3 different uhaul’s because I set my pick up at one spot but THEY SENT ME WHERE THEY WANTED ME TO GO INSTEAD OF WHAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR MY MOVING PROCESS as a SINGLE MOM MOVING ALONE.Then after I brought it back I was charged 8 more dollars for 1.9 gal of gas that was not in the vehicle when I got it. There is no way to resolve an issue without going through the Person causing the problem... I called and reserved a Car Trailer over the phone on the Uhaul 800#... When I arrived the Manager said I couldn't take it because my Colorado was to small. So I said it wasn't my fault but I'd go get my F150. The worst. rented trailer 50+ dollars for day on internet. at site was told no extra charge to return near home 50 miles away. old have dropped back off here but guy was so kind saying it was no trouble for us to return to local site. no mention of the outrageous fee i was to be charged! 150% increase for the luxury! When I called today to question they didnt care they had my money and i wasnt getting a refund! Use anyone else but them Bear bait and switch and awful customer service

We had a terrible experience that ended up costing us almost 3000$ worth of damage and the U-Haul only paid out 400$ to help cover the cost that was entirely their fault.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had a 24/7 rental. The location refused to honor it because he doesn't want to participate in the 24/7 program. Took over an hour to get someone in customer service to get me in a truck. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking on movers that I won't get reimbursed for. It took about 4 different phone calls that night, and several hours on hold, just to find out where I was supposed to return the truck because no one updated in the system the changes to my reservation. They are the most Scum bags Of the earth they cut my lock off my storage unit and went and robbed Me blind I am Single mom of 5 and All my new born baby items where GONE ..
