Rented a truck on 02/17/2019 and the representative registered the wrong truck for me to take. So when I went to return it, the after hours return would not work saying I had used over 15,000 miles because they enter the wrong truck and mileage. Called customer service and was advised that I would get a call in the morning when the store opened to confirm my mileage. You rent in one location and they give you confirmation email only to have someone call and tell you that they don’t have truck at that location now you have to drive 40 miles to get a truck and everything they charge my card they said 90 dollars but my card says they charged 103 dollars each time. Horrible experience and they are crooks

The biggest joke of a company ever. I arranged for a uhaul to be ready in my hometown, 4 hours outside of where I was coming from. I called THREE times to make sure everything was good to go, only to show up to NOTHING. No truck there. No one there to help. Sat on the phone for over 3 hours waiting to hear what was going on. I reserved a truck to pick up on 3/4. Realizing I wanted to get it sooner to help me move sooner I wanted to change the date till 3/2 to pick up! Worst customer service I have ever had at 51 years old and have traveled half the world. I wish I could mark this store lower. A -5 would be more like it. As a matter of fact the whole company can be a -5. They took my credit card over the phone and then charged the person picking up the truck. Horrible customer service! I have never been treated the way that the customer service personnel at UHaul treated me! I rented a trailer that was supposed to be for 2 days - I only needed it for one and dropped it off within 24 hours. We rented UHaul on three separate occasions and all three went horribly. The first occasion: We rented a U haul truck for a long distance move and the truck they gave us had burned out taillight. Okay no big deal, we fixed those for a couple buck before hitting the road. After the move was completed and we returned the truck, the staff at the office tried to charge us twice for the move. There weeks ago I ordered a trailer hitch installation from U-Haul on Division St in Arlington, Texas. The order required that a part be ordered for my vehicle and the installation was scheduled for a week later. I had a very upsetting experience with U-Haul yesterday. I attempted to use the 24/7 Truck Share service to move some items, about 25 miles round trip. Around 8am I made an account on my laptop, booked a close (0.5m) U-Haul for 8:30, installed the app on my phone, and made my way over.
