Terrible customer service! They are inconsiderate of their customers! The managers do not have any kind of resolution for any and all issues they come across. When loading things into a UBox I rented, I had to do so on a busy one way street. The manager refused to allow me to load my things into my box when they did have a perfectly open parking lot available for customers to utilize. This is in regards to the U-haul location at290 Jefferson Rd, Henrietta, NY 14623One of the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered We went to the U-Haul today (10-20-2019 at around 11:10AM) to refill a propane tank. I have rented from Uhaul SO many times, through business where we are renting trucks for catering and for personal as we were unpacking parent's house. I rented a 5 x 8 pull behind closed trailer. Picked it up and noticed problems of vibrations and not a smooth pull like I had in the past. I was driving for 9 hours on I95 and I20 interstate.. I am currently awaiting my U-Box delivery that was "guaranteed" yesterday (their words). I called multiple numbers this morning in an attempt to locate my belongings as no one from U-Haul has contacted me. My 2 U-Boxes supposedly left Oregon on the 2nd and were to be in Florida on the 6th. I‘M APPALLED AT MY EXPERIENCE HERE. RAYMOND is the man that “helped” us with absolute terrible and lazy customer service. First of all I am so obviously pregnant. My elderly mother and I dragged our return boxes into the store and placed them up against one of the registers out of the way. Worst moving company ever! I usually don't leave negative reviews cause I'm normally a very positive person but i have got to get word out about this corrupt company. First of all a little background. My wife booked a Ubox way back in July to plan for our move on September 17 to Hawaii. The agent on the phone told us they would drop off a box on August 29 in order for shipment to arrive on September 17. Long line at reserved time of pickup and they don't give a receipt on return. I was told it would be emailed to me then I don't receive it for several days, have to contact for a receipt and find en erroneous charge for two additional days of rental. The lesson here is to find a reputable company to rent from and don't leave without a receipt when you return a rental vehicle as you can expect to be ripped off by this company. They fraudulently charged me for way more miles than I used on a truck and refused to even attempt to discover what the problem was. Never have I encountered worse customer service which compounded a easily fixable problem to the point where a mistake has now become willful fraud.

They provide damaged trailers and then refuse to refund the money for the trailer. There is no reason I should have to pay for a damaged trailer that only causes inconveniences. I went back and forth with them for almost 4 months and they just gave me the run-around. When you are looking for somebody to talk to who is higher up and actually has the power to do things, they are not available or their information is not given.
