U-haul is not a business that does good for the people. I feel that they did not explain things. In a way where you can understand it. I'm pretty much I feel that was ripped off. The managers didn't wanna do anything to help me. Customer service was poor.

I picked up a location in **** as a normal Uhaul rental station with their office. I am not from **** so I flew there. Upon landing and while at airport they texted me saying my pick up location was now different. I had to spend more money on Uber for a far location.
