If I could give a 0 I would.I had a reservation made over a week ago for today, October 30th for a 10 truck at 3pm in *********. 2:58 rolls around and Im walking up to get my truck only to be told it wasnt there. Apparently uhaul let their prior customer lend the truck for longer thus stealing my truck from me for my time slot. I was meant to be moving today.
