Rented a uhaul oct 1 for 8 am from ******** to ******* thought costing $195+ gas and damages if any occured. They changed my pick up location and couldnt be bothered to let me know so when I showed up at my the location i thought i was suppose to be at i was sent 20 minutes down the road, i rented a uhaul that was closest to my house at the time so i would have to pay for more gas being that im going to ******* and gas is so high already. Wish I could give zero stars out of 100. This company has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. CONSUMER BEWARE!1) booked my reservation online on Monday 2) received a text confirmation on Wednesday with all the wrong details including pickup location and pick up time 3) I called U-Haul to get it fixed, the person supposedly fixed it 4) 5 minutes later I get a text confirming my reservation had changed to the wrong location and the wrong pick up time 5) I called back, spoke to a nice guy who fi... read more

Uhaul is actively STEALING from their customers!!! They forced me to get a much larger truck than what was needed whic up tolls and gas to almost triple the original cost, in top of that Uhaul decided to overcharge my account for a ************************** a total of $275 plus taxes. Because of Uhaul my moving experience was negative and stressful. Customers should save themselves this trouble and never choose UHaul
