My experience with Uhaul costumer service was a complete disaster. I called the reservation number to reserve a 12x6 trailer from Wichita, KS to Louisburg, KS which is about 175 miles apart. During the call I expressed I would be done with the trailer within a 24 hour period thinking it would save me money. The agent said, I would get an email with the confirmation details in 15 mins or so. When the email arrived it stated I had made a 48 hour reservation instead of the 24 hours i requested. As if a cross country move alone is not stressful enough, I had the stress of Uhaul to add to it. I reserved two Uboxes for my move. The initial delivery, load of my items and drop off from the movers I contracted was all fine, from there it went downhill. My boxes were both delivered back to the facility for shipping on the same day and were supposed to leave together. The experience didn’t start off well and progressively got worse. I called to make a reservation and after being on hold for at least 15 minutes I was able to get my reservation set up for a twenty six foot truck and car transport trailer. I accessed the reservation online after the call to ensure it was correct. My reservation number is 92904045. They gave me an incorrect drop off point and then wanted to charge me double for their mistake. I'm beyond furious and this will be my last uhaul reservation EVER if I don't get a call over this issue.

Got a U-Box and had nothing but problems from day 1. They were hours off of the delivery time they sent me for the box to my old place. This wouldn't have really mattered if they bothered to contact me. In fact, they were supposed to contact me to set up the delivery time but I ended up having to contact them. I told them 1pm. In the middle of a terrible moving experience. Not feeling the "Moving Made Easier" vibe right now. Ordered a truck and accessories for a 1-way move a week ago. Uhaul called me this am (less than 24 hours before pickup) to let me know I could grab the truck just a 2 1/2 hour round trip from the office where I "reserved" it! When I explained that I reserved at the local office I was informed that had not in fact "reserved" a truck, I had "requested a reservation" and they could basically have me pick up a truck from anywhere.... read more

Extremely Rude agents. My initial booking with another store was cancelled with no communication send and I was contacted by the customer service agent and directed to this store. She said this location had a 15' truck which I initially requested for. After reaching the store the store agents told me that they do not have any 15' truck even though the customer agent said she can see there are options available. Reserved a 17ft truck online for a 10:30 AM pickup. Got an email back and they had to bump us down to a 15ft truck at a different location. Called on the day of pickup to confirm and they only had a 10ft truck for us. Called national line for assistance and was told they had a 26ft truck for pickup at 4PM. We had movers scheduled for 11AM. Reservations have a completely different meaning for this company. Do NOT use Uhaul. Pay the extra money for a different company.

I tried to put in my review online at U-Haul but I am receiving an "unable to locate your contract" message.Tried calling but on hold for extended period. Sent emails to 864081_gm@uhaul.com with no answer. I reserved a 26' truck on June 26th for July 21st rental. I received a call on July 20th at 5:00pm advising me the 26' truck was returned earlier that day with damage and they could not rent it to me.
