Inspired by his travels across Italy, Joe Bastianich opened Becco with his mom Lidia to much fanfare. The word Becco comes from the Italian verb beccare, meaning "to nibble." A great addition to Broadway's dining alternatives, the lovely restaurant is a popular pit stop for theater-goers. Sample their delectable prix-fixe pasta menu and the kitchen's redefinition of Italian flavors with an impressive wine list and seasonal cocktails.

Within the past 4 years, I’ve been here at least 5 times. The food and/or service is always phenominal
This was a wonderful experience. We had theatre tixkets and we did NOT get rushed at all. First we arrived early and had a beverage at the bar. We had 5pm reservations and were seated early. All of the nightly specials sounded delicious and with the help of Ray, our waiter, he helped us choose a wonderful meal to accomaodate the Barolo wine that Chad picked out for us. The food was spectacular, amazing wine selection and the service was fantastic!!!
Wonderful food and atmosphere! Had a fabulous time with friends. Great service and they asked us if we were seeing a show so they made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy our meal and get to the theater on time!
Very good food, great service. There was a great deal on wine: $29 a bottle out of a large selection. Didn’t care for the addition of ginger in one of their red meat sauces. I’m too old school. Recommended but you may have to drop some money. Worth it.
Always pleased! The tri pasta dish is always amazing!
Honestly the best thing was the 29 dollar wine list. Tons of good wines for a moderate price. Grilled veggies were soaked with in vinegar, the little ricotta side was cold and totally unsalted. And like others have noted, the pasta trio was nothing special. Ambience and service was great.
Great Service and delicious food. Will definitely go back.
Great place and very reasonable. All you can eat pasta for 2, a bottle of and still under 100 w tip. Great place.
