Inspired by his travels across Italy, Joe Bastianich opened Becco with his mom Lidia to much fanfare. The word Becco comes from the Italian verb beccare, meaning "to nibble." A great addition to Broadway's dining alternatives, the lovely restaurant is a popular pit stop for theater-goers. Very accommodating, daughter needed her pasta without shrimp on the special table side 3 pasta dishes and they served her right along with me. Great service.
What could I say? The service was excellent thanks to Mike and Raff. The food was beyond delicious! Atmosphere was amazing! Will definitely go back again!
As a family we’ve been going to Becco’s since they opened. We’ve brought friends, had a reunion with our Italy � Tour Group, Graduation � Celebrations � and last night Celebrated our daughter’s engagement. We are and have never been disappointed. Food & Service always fantastic, whether it’s ordering the Tri-Pasta’s ( Which are always incredible) or a different dish ( my personal favorite is the Veal Chop). Well until our next trip to visit the children, we’ll be watching Lidia, cooking from her cookbooks or TV Show. Ciao

What a flawlessly amazing experience!! From ambiance to wait staff to food quality, this place is not to be missed. My party and I attended on a busy Sunday evening this past weekend. Despite the crowd, we were seated immediately, and although the tables are quite close, we made the best of it by befriending our neighbors. Service all around was exceptional and well-timed. Very over crowded with tiny tables. Felt like people were right on top of each other. The food was nothing to write home about. Ordered the chocolate mousse dessert and it came out frozen. Mediocre to say the least. Will not dine there again!
A wonderful birthday celebration ! Food was fabulous. Highly recommend the Osso Bucco, Bone in butterflied veal chop parmigana, chicken parmigana. The 3 pasta special that night was pumpkin ravioli, spaghetti primavera and penne in a pink Alfredo sauce with shrimp. Antipasto platter, as well as caesar salad were very good. Delicious bread basket. Highly recommend a dessert sampler to share. We will again. Our favorite spot for birthday celebrations.
We had a wonderful time. The staff was professional and efficient.
