My car was 8 months and 8,000 miles past the 3yr/36,000 mi warranty and the starter died. My service advisor Andrew was able to get Honda to pay $700 of the $750 bill. What else can I say other than I’m thankful for Beaverton Honda.

A while back I was looking for a particular Jeep and found exactly what I was looking for at this Honda Dealership. I talked to a sales guy off and on all day and made at an apt to come see the car the following day as I was coming from Salem. I made contact with the sales guy just before leaving and he assured me the car was there. I get all the way up there to find out it was SOLD but offered I drive another jeep they had. This place isn't friendly at all on top they have this one price one person thing which they exploit and mark the prices of the car atleast 1000 dollars higher than the market value. Second, with their ridiculous argument about why someone should pay a higher price if he or she cant negotiate but why the customer should be paying you more for that.The staff is arrogant and really dont appreciate the business you are providing them. We switched to a one person, one price business philosophy to eliminate the biggest complaint from car shoppers- the negotiations. Great Service all around but an elderly gentleman tripped over one of their small coffee tables and the employee just watched and walked away, he should have jumped in to help. You should not place coffee tables so close to sitting area. I cannot rate this business a 5 because of that, he is someone's Dad, Granpa, Uncle and deserved help.
