We loved the one person, one price aspect. Belinda was so kind and helpful. No getting shuttled between various Managers. Belinda was awesome. She took the time to let us check out and test drive both Accords we wanted to see. She explained and showed my Mom how to use the various features of her new car. Everything was so easy and straight forward. I would definitely recommend Beaverton Honda and Belinda to anyone looking for a new Honda. Absolutely a 10 out 10 experience.

Carlos Villaverde has absolutely no idea what he’s doing, I have a feeling it was a fluke that he got into sales. Definitely shouldn’t be doing it. He has NO CLUE what he’s saying or what he’s signing people up for. Just says yes to things to make himself look good. Once this lease it up I’m NEVER going back here. I’ve always been treated like crab by the service department. We hate Beaverton Honda and Carlos and make sure all of our friends and family know and feel the same.

Employee backed our vehicle into another car while car was in for service. Employees have been extremely combative and downright rude when we’ve tried to work together to resolve this issue. Service Manager and GM have both refused to replace our car seats that were in vehicle at time of accident. I’ve offered to send pdf of car seat manual that states seats should be replaced as well as photos of car seat straps - they accused me of extortion for this very simple, routine request. We delivered an Elite Odyssey to your home and picked up your vehicle so we could buff and repaint the scratch for you. The NHTSA states that car seats should be replaced in a moderate to severe crash. I was a loyal customer for 14 years and have taken 3 cars to this shop. I was always treated with respect and fairness until this last encounter. They were unwilling to fix my problem or take any responsibility, and have lost a customer forever.
