Don’t believe their claim that they have one price. They tacked on 5 grand to the original price!! Then would not take no for an answer when I refused all their “services”. I came from Vancouver to get a specific vehicle. The sale was made before they ever opened their mouth. But after 2 + hours of saying no to all their fees, we just got up and left out of sheer frustration .... without the vehicle. And that’s perfectly fine, Too many car lots to waste my time with this one!
As always- Kyle was a big help! He was very patient with all our questions and made sure that we understood. We leased a Honda Fit LX a year ago with Kyle, which we traded in to purchase an HRV EX today! Kyle is very detailed and is just an honest and good man. Will always prefer to work with Kyle!
