Came to service for transmission fluid flash and agreed to complimentary tire rotation and balancing. After service I got to Firestone for wheel alignment check, and they discovered that tires are different sizes. Before Beaverton Honda rotation all tires was 225/60/16 but after rotation 2 rear tires 215/65/16 with critically dangerous unsafe damage. Now wheel alignment is not possible.
It is very easy experience. No back and forth negotiation

went to buy a car today.. approved and everything.. and the car we wanted wasn't there. We were told the GM was using it for a weekend trip to Astoria with his family... lol... such a waste of time..
I hate the used car I bought there, I feel like I was rushed and when we weren’t sure if we wanted it we were told they had been holding it and three other people wanted it - really don’t think that was true since they dropped the price on the car....and their motto is one price, one person BS. The key fob was not working and the sales person did not even want to put a new battery in it so we could see if it worked. It was great doing business with Honda Beaverton and with Jimmy Delgado. The negotiations were hassle free and very straight-forward.
