We just purchased our new 2018 vehicle!!! But I have to stay it was an easy process! I love dealing with only one person for the whole process! I also felt like they listened to our price range and were not pushy at all!!

The Honda Civic Si was BEAUTIFUL . . . Eye catching to say the least. So was the behavior of the barista who decided, that social media updates were more important than customer experience when she changed the light up Santa sign to reflect "SATAN"... And then proceeded to take selfies with someone in line. I don't know about anyone else but that was a $23,000 plus dollar mistake! I let both the Sales Manager and the Other Manager on duty know that this behavior is unacceptable and we will go somewhere that has some respect ... read more

My experience at Beaverton Honda... treated like a queen, and my worrisome, anticipated fix for $500 turns out to be only $125, including a wash and oil change. Chris Stegriy, my service advisor today did a great job listening to the issue and explaining the fix. I feel safe and confident to drive my car out of town again. It’s wonderful to be treated honestly. This was the worst experience buying a used car with Robert Soto and Freddie Ortega. They are distrustful, bad communicators and slimmy. Robert Soto and Freddie Ortega both didn't take responsibility for the service of my used car I bought from them due to safety issues, which they held my car for 5 days and nothing was completed in service. They didn't communicate or facilitate the correct produre of buying a used car with Honda, as you have to go to the DEQ yourself.
