As far as I'm concerned, there is no better Honda dealer in the greater Portland area. Their service is excellent, customer service - none better.

Every time I go into Honda for maintenance I receive excellent service. This last time I was having trouble with my car after a recent oil change, both Eric & Tim in the service department were excellent with communicating with me and helping me feel calm about the situation. Turns out my old gal just needed some extra TLC after having it serviced originally. Purchase experience is great but the every time I call on the phone I get transferred a minimum of four times, sometimes up to like ten. Like can nobody answer my question? Or is everybody just confused about how to do their job? Phone service is literally a joke.

Very disappointed with the service. The recall repairs led to more work being pushed on us at double the going rate. Very disappointed.

Worked with Pete and Ben on a 2017 Fit for my girlfriend. Had a great experience and during the final agreement when we started saying no to different add-on's they did not pressure us but gave understanding to our decision. Can't say enough nice things about those two or the rest of the crew. Plus they have some cute dogs they enjoyed sharing photos of.

Corey was so amazing at helping me find the car for me! He was extremely patient throughout the whole process and didn't mind re explaining things. I definitely will be coming back for my future vehicles! Also there is a very good amount of inventory!
