For the last couple months we have been to many of the Honda dealerships all over the Portland/ Salem area in search of a Honda Accord. Yesterday my husband and I went in to Beaverton Honda. Our salesman, Manny, spent 4 hours with us and was so patient and kind. He showed us everything we wanted to see without ever pressuring us one way or another. I went in for an oil change and was very pleased with the experience I had. They seemed to have a very organized process to keep things moving smoothly. The waiting area was clean and comfy. If you wanted to something to eat or drink they have a little cafe. It looked good but didn't order anything. I love that they keep you informed on the process and work to make sure you are completely taken care of. Everyone was super friendly. Oil change and inspection went good and I have got a car wash. I will definitely be returning.

While visiting the area from Colorado we took our daughters Honda to Beaverton Honda. We were so surprised from the service writer Kevin to the man that rented a loaner, free of charge to us, the place was amazing. Courteous, efficient, freindly, professional, clean I could go on. We have never seen a customer waiting area so luxurious, it was like the lobby of a nice hotel. Horrible they sign the papers without actually approving it with the third party. So you walk out assuming everything is good later to be called back saying half money down on a car isn't enough And completely voiding their signed contract. A mistake not by me but by your salesman. Good thing I just paid the car in cash so I won't have to deal with them anymore. Need to change your finance manager.

Took the wife's car in for service. Overall it is one of the better Honda dealers I've been to. Pretty big lounge, - coffee shop, and multiple tvs. They did say it needed work that had recently been done but the service advisor did say it was strictly off mileage. Just comes down to knowing your car and what's been done. Good experience overall.

We recently purchased a Honda Odyssey at Beaverton Honda to replace our old Honda Pilot. We shopped around at a couple dealerships and found exactly what we were looking for at Bob Lanphere's dealership. They had a large selection of minivans with various features, which made finding our specific request much easier. Buying a new car is a big deal and we were careful to consider all the costs. I really like their one-way purchasing option. It makes it way easier to buy cars, I purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Beaverton Honda. I was extremely satisfied with the buying experience, however, as part of the negotiation I was supposed to get a second key. I was told that they would call me when they arrive, but I have never received any call. I've checked in with them once or twice, but haven't as of recently. I bought the car about 3 months ago.
