Been happily using them for 12 years but never again. Not sure what has gone wrong there but latest experience was a total fail

Worst customer service. My husband and I went in on Christmas eve to purchase a minivan. Sat for hours and figured out our financing, as told by two people that it was 100% approved by the banks at the terms that we all agreed upon. I even sent our family in and they purchased a car the same day !! Got a phone call four days later saying that the bank won't approve it and now we can either return the van or pay a higher payment. David Kroll was very kind, and he was very helpful. He guided us through every step. He is very understanding, and he made sure that we were happy with everything! My family and I had a great experience all thanks to Dave! I will be sure to tell my family to come visit him when we need a new car.
We had an amazing car buying experience here! I have bought a few cars over the years, usually it is a gut wrenching, horrible experience. This was not the case at Beaverton Honda! Nick U. was our salesman, he was straight up and honest in all our negotiations, he didn't play any games and didn't pressure us at all. Further, I have never had a dealer offer us so much for our trade in without negotiation. We will definitely come back to Beaverton Honda in the future! Thanks again Nick!
