I was treated very poorly and felt discriminated when I brought my truck into their dealership, They told me my truck was worth half the price it was worth (another dealer took it for a much higher price than I asked for). To add that they said I was not in the right place to sell my vehicle

I had been shopping for a new SUV and had some very negative experiences at some other dealers. This was a pretty seamless experience, no run around with prices and non-sensical deals. Prices were upfront and I also got a fair price for my trade in which was not the case at other places. Everyone was professional and very nice no high pressure sales and intimidation tactics! I never bought a car from Beaverton Honda but I I bring my other cars here for service and am happy to continue working with them!

I went in for an oil change but apparently they didn't reattach the giant rubber part under the car - it fell partially off while driving home on the freeway. Well, scrapping it home at freeway speed. The condescending service person who could only read from his laptop and not answer any of my questions should have been a red flag.

So I take my car to Beaverton Honda for some airbag recall work. They replace some major components in the airbags but didn’t have the decency to at least run a diagnostic and see why the airbag light (“SRS” for safety restraint system) is on. But of course for $133 my rep Ian said they’d be happy run a diagnostic on it! Kevin- Thank you for your feedback. The airbag inflator recall actually has nothing to do with the SRS light, and our diagnostic machine shows what needs fixed, rather than the paperclip test that shows you where to start diagnosing. We know some people who bought their vehicles for several hundred dollars and don't want to spend several thousand on a repair, and that is completely fair, but it is our responsibility to let our customers know what is wrong with their vehicles, first and foremost.
