Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

I was lucky enough to be next to Beast Craft BBQ yesterday while working my Commerce Bank booth at the Wildwood BBQ Bash. The smells were wonderful so before I left I took a couple of items home to share with my husband and they did not disappoint. The beef and pork were amazing and flavorful. And we had had some candied bacon too! I wish it didn't take an hour for us to get there but it just might be worth a ride one day! Look forward to seeing you again. Maybe in St Louis at another event!

The BEST BBQ in Belleville! Don't change a thing, except maybe offer burnt ends more often. The first time I dined here, I was lucky enough to have the burnt ends (which are extraordinary!), but they have not been available the dozen or so times I have been back.
Good food but terrible service by 2 separate employees. Was first told by 1 that we couldn't sit down at a table to wait for the rest of our group to arrive until after we ordered our food. Then we were told by another employee as we were standing in line to order our food that we couldn't stand in line to order UNTIL our entire group arrived...seriously!
