Had your white chili this weekend at the Belleville chili cook-off and it was amazing. Do you ever have it on the regular menu or is it just for the cook-off?
Great place and great BBQ! Sides were delicious and they had plenty of options. Packed house, but they were managing it great!
The Cherry Chipotle is amazing. Seared potatoe salad is bomb. Pork steak was sooo good. The Kielbasa is delish. Very happy with everything we tried! Great destination spot for out of towners or people looking for a great spot to cruise to.
Had wanted to try this place for a few years, but living in Decatur, Illinois made it a bit of a drive. I had a bowling tournament in St. Louis last weekend so i figured I'd drive the extra half hour and finally give it a try....and man am i glad i did!!! I had never had pork belly, DELICIOUS. The brisket was perfect, the smoked bacon mac-n-cheese was great...but the highlight of the meal was the brussel sprouts with pork belly! I'll definitely be back when im in the area again!!
