Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Fantastic BBQ. Definitely going back. But should have a bigger dinner area
I live in the city of St. Louis, a place that is overrun with world class BBQ of local and national renown. I can travel ten minutes to any of them. And yet when I crAve BBQ, I get in my car and take the 40 minute drive to Beast Craft, because none of those places of renown make barbecue or sides as delicious as Beast Craft. Though it's not explicit on the menu anymore, I always get the kielbasa platter with bacon mac n cheese and the sprouts with pork belly. I have been trying for a few weeks to get in on Thursday for Nachos and it has been busy, all the tables were taken. But I didn't even mind because Beast is so good! I am so happy for their success and that they are here in Belleville. When someone does something so right there is nothing but love... Happy that your tables are always full! I will keep tryin'
I really liked the pulled pork sandwich and brussel sprouts. Only thing I didn't like was the sauce I'm a sweet and smokey kind of girl :)
Best barbque ive had in a long time! The mac and cheese was off the chain!
Went here yesterday for the first time and I loved it!!! Everyone was super friendly. The food was amazing!!! I had the pulled pork with bacon mac and grilled potato salad. Everything was delicious!! And I tried the candied bacon which was really good. The place was clean and it had a cool atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.
I've been to Beast Craft several times and each time the food surpasses my expectations! I love the burnt ends, and the mac n' cheese is better than any that your grandma ever made! Love the soda selection, too. It's easy to see why David has won so many cooking competitions and why Beast Craft is on so many "best restaurant " lists!
Can't go wrong with the burnt ends "sammich!" Wicked sauce on the side as well. Great food!
Food and service was awesome! My husband and I had rib sliders, fries, beans and chicken. All was very good! We'll definitely be back �
