"All Killer, No Filler" is how we build our daily menus. Every item is the very best we could prepare it that day, or it doesn't make the cut. Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Always great. Burnt ends are the best. Can't get enough of the Brussels sprouts.

WOW!!! Brisket and rib tips were fantastic!! Kielbasa with house made mustard was incredible!! The star was the duroc pork!!! SO FREAKING AWESOME!!!!
Worth the drive, that's for sure! The staff is incredibly helpful and polite, and the food! Oh my gosh. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Even with a small mixup it was handled immediately and they were just the best!
Had several of the meats they have, ALL were fantastic! The candied bacon is to die for! Will definitely be back!

Addicted!! If you love bbq, local establishments, or just meat in general this place is for you!!! I used to work in the industry for over decade and I promiss you this bbq is high quality! I try something new every time and never disappointed. My favorite is brussel sprouts, ribs, pork steak, pork belly and the kielbasa!!! Beware of liking thier page, your mouth will water over their daily specials that pop up in your news feed!!!!
