Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Absolutely love The Beast. It's our favorite restaurant. Their pulled pork is absolutely yummy. Their candied bacon is such a treat and I love their sauces.
First time here. There is nothing average about this. From the smoky mac n bacon: omg. To the fry sauce. The mustard for kielbasa is homemade that tastes like mustard seed, jelly and wine. It's the perfect blend. So I haven't even started on the meat. Everything has a nice flavor and is cooked right. Let's not forget the staff who were all so nice. Don't change. You are doing it right.
Excellent food every time and service is good as well. The best part is it is always consistent with the very high standard the pit master has over quality of his product. They have seriously ruined BBQ, BBQ baked beans and macaroni for me indefinitely. Will come back ever chance someone says BBQ.
Finally got to try this bbq after seeing so many posts about how good the food is ect.. and every time we tried to go there was a long wait. I sorry I waited so long to try it ..food was great, staff was excellent and I won't wait so long to be back again, even if we have to do a to go order. Great way to finish off my birthday.
