Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Great food, great service! The candied bacon is beyond awesome!
Fantastic food. And awesome staff!! Can't get this kind of warm friendly service in Cali. Treated like family. Even wearing a Yankees jersey!
Porksteak is always perfect and more than this big girl can eat. I adore the cherry chipotle sauce. My other half loves the kielbasa. Beer is by bottle only, and they will describe them to you if you want to explore. Sodas are Clinton County. We love this place. We have had everything on the menu, and it is all good. Go before 7:30. Meat is smoked daily, and once it's gone, it's gone. Our dogs love the Scooby snacks. We grab some as we are leaving.
If you want good BBQ go to Pappy's in St Louis or Smokey Moes in Arnold or heck, even Bandanas. We ordered the meal for two. Not one thing they brought out was hot, not even warm. The brisket was tender but very dry. The rib tips just fat. The pulled pork was good but everything tasted very salty. We paid extra for the Mac n cheese and brussel sprouts. Awesome! Being from KC, I'm kind of a BBQ snob! But these guys hit it out of the park! Definitely going back!!
Best BBQ I have ever tried! I came in from out of town and travel often as well!
The website sold us on this place. We were looking for a place to eat while being unfamiliar with the area. Food was amazing. We will road trip back just for the food.
So good that I've caught myself dreaming about it later that evening.
