Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. Absolutely delicious! Have been there twice and loved it both times! The staff is very friendly!
First impression - great atmosphere. Greeted by friendly and uncommonly knowledgeable staff that were able to explain differences in the meats and sides as well with how they are all prepared. Introduced my friend to my favorite discovery since moving to the area. Unfortunately, they were out of the chicken I had been craving and raving about. She had the turkey instead and I had the pork steak. BOTH very good. I'll be sure to come early next time for the chicken. Brussels never disappoint but I tried the mac and cheese and didn't care for it very much. I'm just not into bacon in my mac. The candy bacon alone was worth the trip. I'll definitely be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Greeted by a smiling face and explained the menu opinion. Food arrived quickly and was a feast for the eyes. Sliced into a 3" Pork Chop that was cooked to perfection and juicy all the way thru. Pit baked beans were very good. Candied bacon yes Sir! Wonderful experience.
Come for dinner. Come back for your wedding. We had Beast cater our wedding and not only did we get top notch food, but they provided exceptional staff, service, flexibility, and care leading up to and on the day. They have our full recommendation for any type of catered event.
Best snoots I've ever had, you've got to try them. And their BBQ sauce is awesome.
