Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

We ate late lunch here today...Fantastic!! Frosties Root Beer...what?!! Haven't had that since we were kids.
We came for our first visit. It was packed and no seats so we started out the door. But John caught at the door and said cmon back if you order food I will guarantee you a seat! Then he really took care of us! The food was fantastic ...between the four of us we sampled most of the menu! Awesome friendly workers! GREAT experience! You will not be disappointed! �
A delicious and unique twist on the typical BBQ shack. Who knew Brussel sprouts could be so tasty. Awesome selection of local craft brewed beers. This place is a must try when in Belleville.

This place is absolutely wonderful. We don't live close but we will be making the drive more. The food was so great best BBQ we have had. And the service was just as amazing. Thanks for a great experience.
Excellent! Fresh items and as a result some menu items may be sold out; get there early!
Love the food and atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are extremely busy at lunch so I recommend going right when they open or after the rush. Seating is limited and you need your entire party present to be seated. I love the sprouts and the turkey!!!! We buy their sauce for home!
