"All Killer, No Filler" is how we build our daily menus. Every item is the very best we could prepare it that day, or it doesn't make the cut. Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Ribs were mushy and so full of fat I had to spit out a bite. Slaw was awful. I'll stick with Sugarfires I guess.

The staff - each one was outstanding! However, the food was just not reaching expectations for a meal that cost that much money. Three of us, including tip, $60. We each sampled each other's food. The brisket was the biggest disappointment. Serving size was good the meat was dry and tough. French fries were good. Pork belly...delicious. Pulled pork was dry. Mac and cheese good.
