Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Stopped for lunch the other day and everything was excellent, as usual. I had the burnt ends platter and my wife had the pulled pork. We're from out of town, and always make this place a priority when we're around. Service is always friendly and fast as well.

Well the Beast is beyond words! We had amazing pork steaks. Big, thick and tender, you could cut it with a fork. The sides were something else! Simply awesome! 😀
Hands down the very best meat I've tasted. I can't get enough of this place. Let me not for get to mention the sides are just as flavorful and tasty as the BBQ. Try the brussel sprouts yum �
