Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

My family and I love BBQ. Tonight was our first time dining in at Beast. The food was amazing! We tried all the meats except the chicken, which was sold out. I'm sure it's yummy just like everything that we tried tonight. The brisket was so tender and juicy! My son got the pork steak, which was cooked perfectly. The BBQ sauces were delicious...it was hard to choose which one we liked best. I really liked the Brussel Sprouts and the seared potato salad. We no longer will have to travel to STL for BBQ. We will be back!
The BEST BBQ you will ever eat....Oh and the Brussels sprouts are amazing!!!
I love their brisket. Sooo good. Kinda Pricey tho
