Offering comfortable favorites & new items rarely seen in local smokehouse cuisine, "hand-crafted" is the only way we do business. With no freezers, no cans, & no microwaves, we push the limits of fresh BBQ. Want local? We buy as much as possible from our community & local farms seasonally.

Went last week with a couple of friends, holy amazing! We had the taquitos and cheese sauce, smoked turkey , smokey mac n cheese and candied bacon. Everything was delicious! Can't wait to go back. My only complaint was that the brussel sprouts were burnt and too salty.
When Kathy and I are traveling we like to find a local restaurant in town off the interstate instead of eating at a fast food joint off the exit. So this time Kathy found Beast, and we were not disappointed. The found was a good portion and DELISH. The smoked baked beans totally rocked and the service was a 10. Dont know if we will ever get back that way but if we do we will make the stop
Lunch yesterday was a good as ever! 3rd time here and would come more often if we lived closer. Smoked turkey was delicious!
Everything I've eaten here has been amazing. I love the ribs and pulled pork, and the sprouts are a must every time. The tortillas are a nice touch as well. The service is always top notch, fast and friendly.
Have yet to have anything bad. Sides are top notch and specials are too. Good selection of craft beer. Service is also solid. All around winner and one of the best BBQ joints in STL area
