I have been trying to get Physical Therapy through the NVCC outside Non VA medical services since November !!! when I hurt my back while at another VA facility... The layers of bureaucracy I have been through !!!... Than I had to be a mine reader that they approved it ! I waited 10 days for an approval letter nothing came.. When I called again for the 18 th time... They said Oh we don't send letters out anymore... POOR COMMUNICATION !!!!! with VETS! Healthcare Disaster. Delivery of care delayed at every turn, staff who don't follow standard precautions and become offended when called out about it . Disturbing.
Lindell Wade Pearson, "Lennie Pearson" was a regular patient at Bay Pines...he had NOTHING but wonderful things to say about the services he received while in your care... Sadly, he passed away 12/10/14. As a co-worker and friend...I thought I should pass this information along to anyone interested in attending TOMORROW (12/16/14) evening's services... been in hospital over 24hr and they cant seem to understand my dietary restrictions havent feed me more then a pudding cup in 24hr going to check myself out ama just to get away from this place
As many have said...... horrible place. If it was privately run they'd be closed down. Services are slow and employees there to collect a pay check
Been going there for 2 and a half years and have no complaints yet. I was in 3 days with my heart and the people working there was outstanding. Love you cardiac nurses.
My husband is a patient of Dr Mulroy's and has had nothing but the best service. Yesterday, we met with new nurse, Ruby Thompson. Ruby was informative, caring, and a genuinely kind person. High praises to her and everyone we have ever dealt with out there.
I am visiting Kalispell Montana. I just went to the Kalispell va out patient clinic as a walk in with the start of Bronchitis. I was turned away because to them I am non symptomatic. They didn't even know how to bring my chart up in CPRS under remote data to view my history of a compromised immune system. I was told to go to a ER if I get worse, which I am sure to do.
