The nurses here are so great! They took great care of my grandfather and were really nice to my family. Great place, very clean.. Nice people.. Great place.
BEST WOMENS CLINIC ever. Seriously, the best. Love Dr. Kohl and Dr. Nicole Fanarjian!! Great bed side manner, professional, genuine and very compassionate. Nursing staff if out of this world. Had many labs and tests and was treated with kindness and respect by all techs as well. Bay Pines should show other facilities like Lyons, NJ how to treat our Veterans.
A great hospital, nothing, but great, care and respect. Will choose Bay,Pines,over my home town Morton Plan hospital any day !!!!
My doctor is GREAT, but so many of the clerks keep their minds some place other than work. Example: When you walk up to a desk clerk they always seem to be doing something on their terminal that's more important than you are. Then they, as if they did notice your shadow, say without eye contact be w/you in a minute. Feel sorry for these people. They could make work so much more. Or have they already tried?
talk about disrespect;my husband was treated that way at the e4ye clinic. the doctor told him to go to his private eye doctor that was on his private insurance company. I would never let him go back to that doctor. he was fresh and I can vouch for that because I was there.the doctor said he didn't have but two doctors doing cataract operations and it would be a 6 month wait. other than that;my husbands primary doctor at palm harbor is wonderful and all other care has been great through the years. that's all I have to say
My father is a patient at Bay Pines VA in St. Petersburg. He is in terrible pain due to a toothache. He has a benefit in which he can call the VA with an issue such as this and they are to refer him to a dentist where VA will cover the cost. My mom spoke to a very rude lady in Eligibility today and she argued with my mom for over 30 minutes stating there is nothing the VA can do and that my dad did not have this benefit. Then she hung up on my mom. When my mom called back she sat on hold for 30 min+ and no one ever picked up... read more
