I talked to a person at Bath and Body works name ****to get my email straightened out because someone put my email in wrong and I have ended up with two emails. I told her the correct email and they have not contacted me about the problem.

False advertising sale. I visited Bath and Bodyworks at the South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa , California today . They were having a sale where are you were supposed to buy three skin care products and get three skin care products free as visually displayed around the store . They lied and mislead. When I got to the register to pay for the products ,all Items were actually marked down at a discounted rate. I didn’t get any of the items free. What a lie.

Horrible company. My over $600 order was delivered to the wrong house and disappeared and they are treating me as the thief and refusing to replace or refund. I cannot even file a claim to fed ex, only they can and they refuse.

When ordering on the online app I ordered the buy three get one free and each item had that sales on it, I was charged full price. I got in touch with customer service and they said they can’t see the sale prices. I bought three on sale items to get one for free and they charged me $77.95. Customer service said they can’t do anything about it. This is the second time they’ve messed up my order by charging me too much. It’s a scam folks I think you won’t look at it.

Bath & Body Works is a Company that really cares about their customers. I had a wonderful experience with their customer care service. They truly listened to my concerns, showed their genuine appreciation of me being their customer by providing me with a resolution that far exceeded my expectations. They won a customer for life. Thank you, Bath & Body Works for showing your customers you care.

Terrible customer service. Do Not Order Sale Items on line. I received 2 out of 6 items. I spent more to get a 10 promo that I did not receive. I would not of paid shipping to get 2 items. Customer service pretty much said sorry maybe you’ll have better luck next time. ??

I ordered a mist bottle from Bath and Body Works, but the lid was not attached to the bottle. This was disappointing, as the lid is an important part of the product and it could easily spill out without it. I hope that Bath and Body Works will take steps to ensure that their products are properly assembled and packaged before they are shipped.

Never got order. Customer service rep Wilson offered 20% off but why would someone shop there again. Also it was a big order and ALL my items were out of stock and couldn’t be reshipped. When I submitted the order I immediately got an email telling me some things were not available but this was AFTER I paid. Company is sloppy and unprofessional and chaotic and I will take my money elsewhere. 2023 and getting ripped off still.

They emailed coupons for free shipping over a dollar amount as advertised but you can’t get that unless you spend more money and that is nowhere in their details of the promotion! They are very deceitful, and I would rather give glade my money before I ever give Bath and Bodyworks my money! Stop lying to your customers it’s either you’re giving them free shipping at the dollar amount that you state on your website and in emails or you’re not but stop sending falls advertisement stop posting it on your website as well.
