Will not be coming back to spend a single cent. If I come back, it will be to let the regular managers know that their 180 behavior in customer service will have me going to Target from here on out. I dropped a bottle and it busted before even using it once, I did not have the receipt. They were able to trace my purchase back on customer service, and STILL denied a new bottle. They offered me a 25% coupon. I will never be back here even for the Rose.
I went to this Bath and Body Works to buy something for my Mom's birthday and had a wonderful experience. April was very, very helpful!
