I recently had a terrible experience at Automax in Killeen which led me to believe I’d never get the vehicle i wanted. I came into Bates Nissan and within 2 hours Robin O’Dell and the manger in the used department worked some awesome magic and got me into my dream car! I can never say enough good stuff about this place. 100/100 recommend!!! Thank y’all for making the process so easy on a mom of 2 with a deployed husband! Y’all are great!
If this review has had a star rating I would give this location a 2/5 stars because you facilitates are clean and your sales administration staff are polite. Now that the formalities are out of the way let's get on to the negative. Never in any way shape or form would my standard of practice be to allow my employees to be on their phones or to have headphones in while they are actively on the sales floor or on the clock. Just walked into the service department and stood there looking at the employees.... one was eating, the other was on the phone, and the other was sitting on a stool looking out the window. I stood there for a long while.... not one of them ever asked if I needed anything or why I was even there. Someone else walked in and the guy eating popped right up with “how may I help you”. I walked out and left. Will never return here again.
unacceptable customers service
Bates Nissan in Killeen has blown us away again! We moved to Ft Hood in 2014 and Bates Nissan helped us get into a new car with amazing service! Later, Wilma helped us go from a one car family to two cars. She had the BEST customer service! Fast forward three years and a move halfway across the country and Wilma Acosta and Bates Nissan are still getting us into the perfect vehicle after my husband's lease was up.
