Well service for me didn’t go so well I came in to have a new to me Nissan checked by your service crew 3 weeks ago in hopes of finding a reputable service source and completed your recommended 60 point service check and was told the cabin filter were in nearly new condition and this is what was found today , guess my definition of nearly new doesn’t match yours

No major issues with my vehicles. Customer service is great in all departments.
My husband and I bought a used car yesterday through the dealership. And quite frankly, had we not wanted that particular car we would have walked. The sales team seemed to care less except when we were actually completing a deal. Then there was a lack of communication about the car being cleaned and ready. Then I was told the battery died and had to wait a full weekend to repair it when it was a safety fault that caused it not to start. It was completely ridiculous. STAY AWAY...CON ARTISTS AND A BIG WASTE OF YOUR TIME. WASTED 2 WEEKS OF MY 73 YR OLD MOTHERS LIFE, LIED AND SAID "YOU'RE APPROVED!"
