On 11/25/25 I had to buy a new car. I had the misfortune to encounter sales representative Justin Boyd who has systematically been lying, deceptive and unwilling to address concerns. At the time of purchase on 11/25/25, I was quoted 1999.00$ for a tint job for the new car along with inclusive PMA pre-paid maintenance. I agreed to have the vehicle tinted. Today I called in to Bates Nissan. I spoke to a rude man by the name of Nate in the service department. Therefore, I asked to speak to the sales manager. Nate just left me on hold. I then called back and asked to speak to the sales manager, whose name was Bertram. He got upset because I asked him to spell his name.
