Management is rude and don't care to resolve an issue and to top it off they think its ok to be disrespectful back. Sorry part is that we referred customers to them and they cant do a simple thing which is to keep a promise on providing us with a referral check. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Cant wait for cooperate to hear about how they treat customers and not follow through.

We called four Nissan dealerships and requested info on a specific model and pricing. Not only was Michael Veal at Bates the only one to respond with that info but he also sent a picture of the vehicle and the window sticker. Upon calling to verify the info he assured me that was all the correct info. When we arrived at the dealership the car was out front waiting for him to show it to us.
