My experience with the staff has always been great! Met! Met Mr. Bates himself and a very humble man that you can tell is a believer in our Lord and Savior. The service department is the best. All of the employees there knows how attached I am to my Maxie, we have a long history. So Bates doesn't try to separate us,but keeps us together as a fine tuned machine. Love me some Bates.
Great place to buy a car. Quick & painless. The salesman jJonathan Whitley was very goid & professional.
The service department was great. However, I was surprised that no one from the sales department tried to show me a new vehicle. I've been in my Altima for 3 years and I even walked around the showroom looking at the cars and brochures. I was never approached by anyone to ask about trading in. I'm actually eligible to buy another vehicle. I don't know, maybe it was my shirt 👚?

Thanks to Mike at Bates Nissan in Killeen we walked away in a brand new Nissan Versa which we love and my daughter was so excited we got a blue car will do business with again in the future first time nissan buyer but definitely not the last time :)
