RecommendedFrom the start I felt valued as a customer. I went in not even expecting to buy and left more than happy. My salesman Michael made this experience the best one I’ve ever had. (Told him upfront I hated buying vehicles) He assured me in all my concerns and made everything a smooth process. Had to have a few thing added/fixed and Kevin Perez in service was very professional and had everything done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this dealership. They truly care about their customers!

I'd like to thank Jonathan Whitley and the Bates Nissan family for being there for me when my tire got a flat right next to there dealership. Even though I don't have a Nissan they went out of there way to assist me and get me back on the road with their generosity, hospitality, and quick service. They really turned my day around for the better. And I'm forever greatful! I wish nothing but the best for them and that they keep up the great work!
First let me start by saying how amazing Andre was with selling me my car. He wasn’t pushy nor did he try to make me switch vehicles. I wanted the rogue that had the premium package and he made sure he did everything to get me in it. Loab his manager was also amazing. He gave my son quarters for snacks, just because. They took great care of me and made my son feel at home. Outstanding service. I loved every part of the car buying process here. Way to go bates!!!!
First off fix hours of operation. Facebook page and website both say hours of operation are 8 a.m-8 p.m. Get to sales department only to find out hours are 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Poor experience. Was never treated so poorly. Received a letter in mail being a current Nissan owner. Bring your car in to trade in for a new Nissan. What a joke. Nothing in the letter was accurate. The staff at Bates Nissan is incredibly helpful and sweet. I came in one morning to drop off my Murano for a service and they helped me with my toddler, her carseat, and her stroller. They are very patient and kind. I used the shuttle to get myself and my daughter home, when I realized I had left my cell phone in my car. The shuttle came back to my home to bring my phone. I can not say thank you enough to the staff who helped me.
