John Bragg and the staff were so awesome, friendly and professional!!! Not pushy at all. I had a price in mind and spent less than expected also informed about different deals we qualified for. Looking forward to coming back for a pathfinder soon!!!!
Bates Nissan is probably the best dealer I've been to. I didn't buy my pathfinder there but their service team rocks! Got my SUV In and out in a timely manner and they fixed the problem for a very small fee.

Just bought a vehicle a few days ago and the entire team was extremely helpful throughout the whole process! They were quick, honest, and straight forward! Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!
After scheduling an appointment for an oil change at 1430 today. I show up and am now at over an hour for a simple oil change. When did a 30 to 40 (max) minute job become something takes over an hour? I have had this happen to me every time I come to here. If you are going to buy a car then Bates is good. Just stay away from the slow service department, unless you like waiting. Austin and Temple Nissans here I come.
