RecommendedWe bought a Murano from Bates Nissan on Sept 29. We were very pleased with the whole buying experience. Kenny Hartzell was our salesperson and did a fantastic job of explaining everything and guiding us through to the end. They can improve in the service department by actually doing things they put on paper. I took my car there for oil change and tire rotation, and the paperwork said my tire pressure was 35 upon leaving and it was not! Less than a mile away my car alerted me that my tire pressure was low. As a matter of fact, all of my tires were below the 35 psi stated on my receipt. Very dissatisfied!
I think that the representative are very knowledgeable but I would really appreciate it to not receive e mail coupons for the exact service I just had done 1 day after my service appointment (and not just one e mail, no 2) It would be nice to receive them before the scheduled appointment
Oil Change! Not to expensive compared to CA! It’s worth it! I can and know I can trust I am getting good service from this place!
