They changed the oil in my car 5 days ago and failed to put the drain plug back in correctly. As a result, oil has leaked EVERYWHERE and almost destroyed our engine! Troy at Bates Ford was our technician

Excellent experience from start to finish. Colby was very professional and easy to work with answering all my questions along the way.
