RecommendedWent on Labor Day to get two cars. Joey was great even stayed a hour over to get paperwork done. Service department was great. Mine had just came in had not been service yet. Joey got that done another day. Let me use another car while they serviced it. Joey deserves a 5 star. If I ever get another car will definitely go to Bates Ford and ask for Joey. Great guy.
